Biography:
Candy Washington began her acting career in New York City in 2007 by booking her very first audition ever - a small role in an independent short film entitled The Waiting Game. Since then she has performed in over 7 short films, a promotional series for the N Network, an industrial for Pepsi, 3 web-series, a music video, hosted an online fashion segment and was a special guest on FUSE’s, You Rock, Let’s Roll television series. Her passion for acting led her to audition for the School of Film and Television (SFT) where she not only gained admittance but was also awarded a scholarship to their advanced summer intensive program. While at SFT she studied under Jay Goldenberg who has taught Hollywood heavyweights like Salma Hayek, Cybill Shepherd, Alicia Silverstone, Estelle Getty, Trevor St. John, and Nicollette Sheridan. Candy is represented by the personal management team, D-Mand Talent and still resides in New York City where she is actively pursuing her acting career.

On the glorious day of December 14th, yes I share a birthday with the Nostradamus, I was born in Syracuse, NY to a very loving family. There I resided until I went off to college at Georgetown University to bleed Hoya blue. After graduation, I did a quick stint in Los Angeles (that adventure is definitely to be continued...) and then I switched coasts and now reside in New York City - I'm a Chelsea girl to be exact and paid my dues by interning for Louis Vuitton Public Relations. I currently act in films, attend fashion shows, and write fashion editorial pieces - ah, my true loves, acting and fashion. What else could a girl want?
